This energetic 20 minute practice takes yogi's into the woods for a roaring good time with yoga games, songs, and stories.

This 40 min gentle Yoga practice for stress and anxiety draws awareness to discomfort in mind and body and encourages release. All postures are done in a seated or reclined position. Includes a brief R.A.I.N. meditation and stage by stage relaxation.
