

$10 Friday Night Community Yoga
Live-Online and In-Person! First Friday of the month from 6pm-7pm
At Rolling Brook Yoga in Catonsville, MD
Community Yoga is for all levels and abilities! This class is trauma-informed and will incorporate mindfulness meditation, breath-work, and a series of yoga postures that can be modified for all levels and abilities.
I recommend the following props or prop substitutions:

Yoga Blocks (sub: heavy books, sturdy shoe box or similar-sized amazon box.)

Strap (sub: scarf, dog leash, belt)

Bolster (sub: 2 pillows or couch cushion)

Yoga/Mexican blanket or throw blanket
